50ohm Tech Circuit Studio – a software platform for the computer-aided design of circuit solutions that can be extended with modules to synthesize specific target devices:
  • LNA Designer – synthesis of low noise amplifiers (LNA)
  • DSA Designer – synthesis of digital step attenuators (DSA)
  • DSP Designer – synthesis of digital step phase-shifters (DSP)
  • SW Designer – synthesis of SPDT-switches
What makes our solution different?
50ohm Tech Circuit Studio is a new generation software using the AI-based design techniques to find the best solution. Designer just needs to specify the requirements for the device to be synthesized and our software will find the circuit solution for the required manufacturing process
  • Structure synthesis
    The automated generation (synthesis) for the structure and the parameters of the MMIC circuits based on the AI design techniques enables the creation of efficient and feasible circuit solutions

  • Requirements
    The solution takes into account a set of requirements for electrical characteristics – transmission (gain) and reflection coefficients at the input and output, noise figure and stability factor. Use weighting factors to set the desired trade-off in order to find the optimal solution

  • PDK provided by foundries
    The synthesis is made using the PDK models provided by foundries. You get a ready-to-use circuit with all component values and geometric parameters specified

  • Multitude of solutions
    The synthesis generates a multitude of solutions, differing in structure and parameters, that meet the requirements

  • Fast modeling
    Modeling algorithm for the S-parameters and noise parameters is especially developed for the LNA, DSA and DSP, which makes it work faster than traditional modeling algorithms for EDA systems

  • Integration
    Seamless integration with traditional microwave EDA systems for full-cycle design will allow you to continue working with the obtained solutions in the tools you are used to
